The Bells of Memory. Sketches to National-Liberation Competition of Zhydachivshchyna in 1939-1950

The book is based on information about the participants of national-liberation competition of the only one district – Zhydachiv district in Lviv region. It contains brief biographical data of some members of Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists, soldiers of Ukrainian Insurgent Army, and ordinary citizens who took active part in those events. The last suffered terrific humiliation and malicious insults from the Soviet system and were either killed in prisons and concentration camps or deported to Siberia, to the North, to the Far East or Kazakhstan. The given information is incomplete but still it deserves being read.
