Yuriy Shveda (b. 1964) ― a Ukrainian political scientist, political consultant, associate professor of Department of Political Science of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, expert of Center of Political Researches. The sphere of his scientific interests comprises parties and party systems, elections, electoral systems and electoral technologies, political communication. The Astrolabe Publishing produced his encyclopaedic dictionary Political parties (2005) and book Election from A to Z: Election Administrator’s Desk Book (2014).
