Return of Product

If you find a defect* in the books purchased from the Astrolabe Publishing online store and can prove it with a photo, we will refund your money. In return, you must return the books. You can do this in the same way as the delivery (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.).

To do this, please contact us by phone: +38 (050) 431 54 64, +38 (032) 276 23 00 or by e-mail: sales@astrolabium.com.ua. When returning the products, please indicate your order number, your first name, last name and contact phone number. The return of defective products is carried out at the expense of Astrolabe Publishing.

Refunds are made to the customer’s bank card or in another way agreed upon by the parties. Astrolabe Publishing makes a refund to the client in the amount of the cost of the returned products, after receiving the book products with defective elements.

Also, at the request of the client, we can replace damaged books with new similar ones without defects. Please note that the funds for the completed e-book order are not refundable, and the order itself cannot be cancelled.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection”, printed publications of good quality are not subject to exchange or refund. 

* Defects in books are defects resulting from physical damage during delivery, non-compliance with production technology, which leads to distortion or loss of information: smearing of paint, non-printing of paint, unclear printing, glued pages, uneven cropping, turned over sheets, missing sheets or their repetition, inconsistency of the title of the book on the cover with its content, etc.
