Discourse of Liberty: Utopia and the Reality of Choice

The content, peculiarities of manifestation, mechanisms of making of political dimensions of liberty in the conditions of formation of democratic foundations of power are examined. Special attention is given to the analysis of dynamics of the social factor in the context of transformation of human life value that became essentially defined by the complicated globalisation processes on the verge between the 20th and the 21st centuries.
