The Canon law of the Catholic Oriental Churches

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the necessity of the existence of the Code of Canons for the Oriental Churches as one among the more principal documents in the canonical system of the Catholic Church and also as a basic document, in the juridical sense, life, organisation and in the activities of the Catholic Oriental Churches. Moreover, this research intends to underline the actual necessity of continuing to study the order of the canonical oriental law on the part of the scholars and in the universities, even though the organized days of study and the various formation courses for clerics.
