Medical Law: Human Right for Health Protection: Monograph

The book analyses the human right to health protection as one of the main institutes of medical law as well as legislative maintenance of this right in Ukraine. From the point of view of legal knowledge integration, the human right to health protection is considered as a natural law and as a legal phenomenon. Some aspects of making and development of medical law as a complex branch of law and as a new academic discipline are considered. The place and the role of the right to health protection are defined in legal status of a human and a citizen in Ukraine. Recommendations about improvement of legislative maintenance of health protection are worked out.
